OPTIMIZING PRODUCT DESIGN FOR MASS PRODUCTION
We have a concurrent team that initiates product design, process engineering, mold design and quality control plan at the same time.It not only saves a lot of time by following the traditional step-by-step method, but also more easily integrates production and quality requirements at the beginning of product design.
PROTOTYPE
We use the 3D model with CREO/UG software to design the prototype shape and simulate the support and structure.For us, 3D printing is also a way to ensure conceptual design during the prototype.
MOLD DESIGN
We have in-house mold design and repair capabilities that allow us to control the quality and speed of new product development and facilitate upgrades.
PRODUCTION IN 4 SERIES
Since our company has both TS16949 and VDA6.1 certification, we follow the whole process, including APQP and PPAP, to ensure the mass production has stable quality as desired by our customers. Our team of professional quality engineers and technicians supports all relevant activities during mass production.
ASSEMBLY
We have 2 workshops and assembly space of over 8000m2 which could provide a wide range of assemblies and related processes. Includes pressing, fixing, riveting, leak testing, foaming, laser welding, etc.
PACKAGING
With packaging, we not only provide labor, but we also provide the design and testing for the best packaging solution.
LOGISTICS
Production in Kunshan is 1 hour away from Shanghai port. This allows us to book all types of vehicles including trucks, trains, ships, planes all over the world very easily. We can also support customs clearance procedures on behalf of our customers up to their destination.
